Machine Description

RCF260C water well drilling machine adopts full hydraulic control, which can easily and flexibly adjust the rotation speed, torque, thrust axial pressure, reverse axial pressure, thrust speed and lifting speed to meet the requirements of different drilling tool working conditions and construction techniques. The design of the top-driven rotary propulsion lift makes it easier to connect and remove the drill pipe, shortens the auxiliary time, and also facilitates pipe drilling. This drilling rig adopts air down-the-hole drilling and mud pump circulation drilling processes. Mud pumps, foam pumps, and generators can be optionally installed in the chassis, making it a multi-functional drilling process. The fully hydraulic, top-drive rotary propulsion and lifting design makes it suitable for various drilling techniques and various drilling tools. It is easy and flexible to operate, has fast drilling speed, short auxiliary time, high operating efficiency and low cost. The high-leg crawler walking design facilitates loading and transportation. It can be loaded directly without a crane and is suitable for movement in muddy fields.

The water well drilling machine chassis adopts a professional excavator chassis, which has a long service life, is classic and durable, can bear heavy loads, has a wide chain plate width, and has little damage to hard road surfaces. The main components and hydraulic system are from well-known brands, and the main frame is made of high-quality, high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, which increases the overall strength and is very wear-resistant. The diesel engine adopts a 70KW FAW engine, designed with a combined tower, a 3.4m long stroke, and a dual-cylinder lifting capacity of 15 tons.
