Machine Introduction

The series full hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type developed by our company on the basis of referring to the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad rig. The drilling rig is driven by full hydraulic pressure, the rotation of the power head is driven by an axial plunger pump and an inclined-axis plunger motor, two mechanical gears plus stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure.

The power head adopts an oil cylinder chain double-speed feeding mechanism, which is stable and reliable in movement, and has a lateral translation mechanism of the power head. The mast adopts an oil cylinder to lift and fall to slide as a whole, and can drill holes within the range of 0-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque.Remote control crawler, suitable for various terrains, control the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden danger.
