This water drilling rig is designed to accommodate both mud pump and air DTH hammer drilling, making it versatile for various geological conditions. Equipped with a fully hydraulic system, it offers precise and efficient control throughout the drilling process.

The RCF180C supports bore diameters ranging from 90mm to 300mm, reaching depths of up to 180m. It operates with air consumption between 17-31m³/min under pressures of 1.7-2.5Mpa. Drill pipes are available in two sizes, 76mm and 89mm, both measuring 3m in length.

With a push force of 4T and a lifting force of 12T, the rig ensures smooth and efficient performance. Its variable lifting and feeding speeds, including rapid modes of 18m/min for lifting and 35m/min for feeding, enhance productivity on demanding projects.

Delivering a rotary torque of 3200-4600Nm and rotational speeds of 45-70r/min, the rig provides reliable power and performance. An optional mud pump with a flow rate of 250L/min adds further flexibility for diverse drilling applications.

The design incorporates high hydraulic legs with a 1.5m extension, offering superior stability on uneven terrains, including slopes of up to 30 degrees. Compact dimensions of 3×1.5×2.2m and a travel speed of 2.5Km/h make it highly maneuverable and easy to transport.

Powered by a robust 55KW Quanchai diesel engine, this 4500kg rig combines durability, efficiency, and power. It achieves a feeding efficiency of 10-35m/h, making it a reliable choice for water well, geothermal, and other engineering projects.
