Machine Introduction

The RCF400C Crawler Water Well Drilling Machine is a highly efficient and multifunctional hydraulic drilling machine designed for a variety of applications. With a drilling depth of up to 400 meters, this machine is equipped with a 92KW Yuchai diesel engine and features a steel crawler-mounted walking system for easy mobility across rough terrains.

The RCF400C is ideal for use in agriculture, industrial water wells, geothermal energy projects, mining operations, and other foundation works. Its high torque turntable and superior drilling efficiency make it particularly suitable for industrial and agricultural water wells, national defense construction, geological exploration, and geothermal well drilling.

This machine is versatile enough to handle both soft and hard formations. It utilizes mud drilling in softer soils and air down-the-hole hammer drilling in rocky terrains, significantly improving drilling efficiency. The air down-the-hole hammer system is ten times more efficient than traditional rotary drilling, allowing faster slag discharge through air pressure.

Additionally, the RCF400C can use cutting drilling or rotary drilling methods in loose formations, and impact drilling with pressurized air in more challenging conditions. This makes it a powerful tool for tackling complex geological environments.
