Machine Description

The RCF180S micro water well drill is our innovative dual-purpose rig, capable of both pneumatic DTH drilling and mud pump rotary drilling to handle hard rock formations with ease. Featuring four hydraulic stabilizing legs and an advanced low-consumption hydraulic system, it delivers high torque performance while remaining operator-friendly. This versatile solution is suitable for deep wells, agricultural irrigation, geothermal projects, boreholes, and mini piling applications.

1. Small size, light weight, compact structure and flexible operation.The rig weighs only 2,700 kg and measures 2,300 x 1,200 x 2,900 mm.

2. DTH air drill rig with dual motor rotary head, top drive, mud pump and air compressor. Dual rotary motors increase torque and rotation speed.

3. High power and large capacity: Adopting 77.3kW Yuchai engine, it can drill wells from 90 to 300mm and the maximum depth is 180m.

4. It is installed with rubber crawler and easy to move.

5. Fully hydraulic outriggers, very easy to transport by truck and very stable when drilling.
